Lemon, Ginger Shot
Many of you have asked recently about the lemon ginger shot, here it is:
1 freshly squeezed lemon, 1 tbsp or more of peeled grated ginger-root, enough honey to your liking, and a 1/4 of a tsp of cayenne pepper. I make a weeks worth every Sunday. I put it in one big bowl and stir it up well and use a funnel to put into my little shot jars. Just for reference my jars about an ounce, I keep them in the refrigerator. Use the above measurements times 6, if you are going to do it for the week. This will curtail your morning desire for coffee and soon you will forget about it. This combination is so healthy and it last and your energy won't take a dive later in the day. Remember if it is sweet to the lips its bad for the liver, if its bitter to the lips good for the liver. :) Consistency is the key to all success.
